Solar PV & Batteries

Solar PV can help Irish homes and businesses lower electricity bills by generating power for use on site. Battery storage can retain surplus daytime energy for the evening, increasing self-consumption. Pairing solar PV and storage with a heat pump can help make better use of the electricity you generate.

SEAI grants may be available for solar PV for eligible homes. Check eligibility and current grant amounts directly with SEAI.
